Yapo is for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using Yapo, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide during signup is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

Yapo provides AI companion chat for entertainment, companionship, roleplay, friendship, romance, and casual conversation. Companions are fictional AI characters, not real people.

AI replies may be inaccurate, fictional, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Yapo for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice.

You agree not to use Yapo to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with the product, scrape or overload the system, evade rate limits, or attempt to access another user's account or data.

You may not use Yapo for content involving minors in sexual, romantic, exploitative, or age-play contexts. We may block content, limit access, or remove accounts that violate safety rules.

You are responsible for the messages, preferences, profile information, and images you submit. You should only upload content that you have the right to use.

You give Yapo the permission needed to process your content to provide the service, including generating replies, preserving chat history, enforcing safety rules, and operating account features.

Yapo is an MVP and may change quickly. Features may be added, removed, limited, delayed, or interrupted as we improve the product.

We may apply limits to messages, images, accounts, IP addresses, or other usage to protect the service and manage operating costs.

Some features may become paid or usage-limited in the future. If paid plans are enabled, the checkout flow will show the price, billing period, and included features before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid features are for the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, attempt to abuse the system, or create legal or safety concerns.

You may stop using Yapo at any time. If you need account help, contact the site owner or support channel provided in the product.

Yapo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yapo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continuing to use Yapo after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
